Applicants must meet the community’s rental criteria, including verifiable gross income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. The Dalton is a market-rate community and does not offer income-restricted or short-term housing.

Advertised pricing reflects base rent unless otherwise noted. Application fees, utilities, renter’s insurance, pet-related charges, parking, amenity fees and other required or optional costs may apply.
